1.  Initial Consultation (Free)

This is when we meet you and talk through your ideas for your renovation, what you are looking for and your budget. We can also shed some light on what structural challenges we may face and council regulations to comply with.

2. Concept Design

We work with you to fine tune the plans you already have or we are able to provide a designer with extensive experience to make plans a reality.  From these plans we are able to offer you a pricing estimate. 

3. Working drawings

Once concept plans and pricing is finalised, full working drawings are then created and submitted to council. Once these drawings are in council it may take up to 6-8 weeks for them go through processing depending on the complexity of the project and potential backlog by the council. During this time you can pick out; plumbing fittings, paint and roof colours, kitchen layouts, etc.

3. Renovate

This is where we make your dream a reality. Once building consent has been granted we aim to start within 4 weeks. We then follow the project through until completion and CCC (code of compliance certificate). The Project timeline does vary depending on the project but we will give you a program schedule before the project starts and will keep you updated weekly on how it is tracking.
